Cold Stone Creamery in Miami

Atrocious customer service from 2 girls over the weekend Mari and Rocio. Will never step foot into this place again. If you don't like your job, let someone else that is eager to work and deserving. You're not doing the public a favor by standing there with no purpose.

We were victims of abuse by the business staff! I yell at all the people we were waiting for, this person was very rude and discriminated against us

Cold Stones seem to be taking a downturn or something, just not the same cleanliness/atmosphere as a kid, but maybe that's just age? Got a shake and it was only all right. Would recommend going to Walls just down the road, that stuff is INCREDIBLE

the girls in the store were working hard but they were taking mostly Internet orders and ignoring the huge line out the door. Bizarre

We ended up leaving bc after 10 min in line behind others customers we were informed that we had to order online. Tried and then found out online it would take 15 minutes. there were at least 4 employees attending to the customers who had been in front of us. There was a long line of cars at dairy queen next so just went to winning Dixie and got some fat boys, man those are good.

Excellent ice creams, the Coffee Lovers Only is delightful, not only because I love coffee but because is really good. Very kind attention on Pinecrest Store.

Excellent Service! And I don't mind paying a little extra when its great. They should teach the Doral location how to treat customers

Is not so big and crowded when I went and the ice creams are amazing . My favorite cheesecake Fantasy.

Saturday 10:30PM full of people waiting in line because all of the delivery orders are being prioritized. What a shame!

Excellent service with excellent treats! I ordered from Uber Eats and the store associate, Shezan, was very persistent in contacting me to ensure my order would be correct and even upgraded my order free of charge because they had just run out of what I had ordered online. Very few dining establishments pay this kind of close attention to detail and really show that they care about great customer service! Thank you again, Shezan, and Cold Stone Creamery for a wonderful customer service experience!

Added a $26.28 tip to the bill and my husband didn't notice it until he returned home.

If I could give this Cold Stone a negative 5 start I would. I came with my daughter on Sunday 8/9/20, the entire staff was disrespectful, screaming, not wearing their mask. Talking above the ice cream. Neglected a couple that was waiting for their pre order to the point that they left without their order. The place is dirty. The ice cream is not covered properly. Definitely a turn for the worse. I will never come to this cold stone again.

Service SUCKS!!!

The smell when I walked in was terrifying and on top of it the ice cream wasn't the best. Completely disappointing. I ended throwing out half the ice cream because it tasted like super glue.. 🤮

I don’t care to write reviews after a bad experience but I felt that I needed to write one. We came in late on a Friday night and there was about 5 young girls working. Doesn’t seem like the place was being ran by a supervisor or manager. I ordered my ice cream and it wasn’t even scooped correctly and it was melted when it was given to me. I said to myself okay no problem not a big deal but then when my husband order his it was horrible.. The ice cream was melting and not placed in the cup correctly so just walking out to our car it started melting everywhere. Both the ice creams where mad poorly..This location is about 2 mins from my house but I rather drive further to never come here again.

Nice place, good iceream, but the tables are not well balanced and not clean. Tables were sticky.

Workers were super sweet. As expected VERY RICH. A small goes a super long way. And yes def not cheap but was cool for a u got ur liscence celebration.

4th time ordering on uber eats. 3 out of the 4 times multiple of my items were wrong: either mixing up toppings with those of other items or missing topping all together.

I've gone to many locations and never had an issue except for this place on S Dixie Highway. The girls that were there servicing were completely ignoring me. One of them was in the back on her phone. Ended up leaving.
